- The customer will be refunded in the full amount, if the scheduled appointment is canceled at least 18 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment’s start time.

- If there is snow or ice on the road and the customer does not feel comfortable testing in those conditions, they can cancel their test up to 1 hour before the test time and re-schedule at no charge. Please note: According to state standards if the car slips, spins, or slides on the test it is an automatic fail so make sure you take it slow and easy.

- The driver’s education course (30 hours classroom, 6 hours driving, and the permit test) will cost $515 in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas, $535 in the Denver/Aurora and surrounding areas, and $495 in Pueblo and surrounding areas. 30-hour classroom only is $195 for all locations.
- Once signing up for a class, the $50 deposit is non-refundable. This deposit reserves a customer’s spot in the class. Payment for the class is due by the 1st day of class.
- The customer will not be issued a refund for the classroom portion of our full-program once day 3 of the scheduled 30-hour class has concluded.

- Students must be at least 14 years and 6 months old on the first day of class to get credit for the 30 hours.
- To get credit for completing the 30 hours, students need to show up on time for all 5 classes. Students also need to complete the 2 hours of homework and score at least an 80% on the final exam.
- Depending on CDC guidelines, students may be required to wear a mask while in class or in our vehicles and have temperatures taken beforehand.
- The service purchased will expire 18 months after day one of the scheduled 30-hour class. Refunds will not be given after a service has expired.
