Whether you’re a complete beginner or have a few hours of driving experience under your belt, our experienced instructors go over all major aspects of driving, from navigation and highway driving to advanced skills like parallel parking. Lessons are two hours long and are conducted in dual-controlled cars, which allows the instructor to take control of the vehicle in case of emergency.
While drivers under 16.5 years of age are required to complete at least 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driving lessons, anyone is welcome to sign up for lessons. The price of each lesson varies depending on the location, with a range between $70 to $80 per hour.

Yes. Under Colorado driving laws, teens under the age of 16½ are required to complete 6 hours of state-approved behind-the-wheel training with a certified driving instructor to qualify for a driver’s license. Our Colorado driver education program meets all state requirements for teen drivers.

The number of in-car driving lessons you need depends on your current skill level and comfort behind the wheel. After each session, your instructor will provide personalized feedback and a skills evaluation to determine whether additional behind-the-wheel training would benefit you before scheduling your road test.
Please bring your valid Colorado learner’s permit or driver’s license to every driving lesson. If you require glasses or contact lenses for driving, you must wear them during your lesson in accordance with Colorado driving regulations.
For safety during your behind-the-wheel training, flip-flops and slippers are not permitted. Students must wear secure, closed-back footwear that allows proper control of the pedals during in-car driving instruction.

After completing three 2-hour driving lessons, the student has completed 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction. We can provide a completion certificate that families may send to their insurance provider. Many insurance providers offer discounts for students who complete driver's ed or behind-the-wheel training, but discount eligibility varies by provider, so families should confirm directly with their insurance company.
If something feels off, we'll review the lesson and follow up.
The Lesson Review Promise means that if a student or parent is not satisfied with a lesson, we will review the lesson experience and follow up with the student or parent. This promise does not guarantee a license, drive-test result, or specific outcome.

If you are new to Colorado or you don’t have driving experience, we offer driving lessons 7 days a week. These are 2-hour lessons with state-certified, patient, and friendly instructors.
You are required to pass the driver's license test in order to get your driver's license. After passing, you may be eligible to get your license that same day without even having to visit the DMV.
